adequate stay
breakfast buffet nice shower inconvenient light poor lighting
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found it very satisfying. the room included a nice shower and a bath as well. i stayed in a superior room and it was generally good.
the light switches were not conveniently placed. the automatic lights in the toilet were annoying during the night. i also found the room lighting quite poor.

super excited about this amazing hotel!
nice decor friendly staff standard gym
I loved my room. The decor was totally nice! i also enjoyed the wellness center. It was fantastic. the gym had all the basics too. i definitely worked out a bit!
The light switches were a bit strange. They weren't always where i expected!

sauna clean sauna pool area relaxing space a c cold room deposit fee extra fee
my room was located on the 17th floor! it provided a nice view. the sauna was clean, and it was well kept. the pool area was serene, and it offered plenty of space to relax.
the a/c switched itself to 19.5 degrees! the room felt cold, even though it was mid-november. you can rent a robe for 5 eur and slippers for a 10 eur deposit, apply, twice. the receptionist didn't tell me about this fee

expensive robe missing information
The air conditioning was a real issue. it seemed stuck at 19.5 degrees, even though i tried setting it higher. i couldn't get comfortable. also, renting a robe and slippers cost extra. 5 Eur for the robe and a 10 eur deposit. the reception staff never mentioned it and i only saw the note later, i was annoyed.

the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. it offered many options and catered well to dietary restrictions. the metro station was a short walk away from the building
the walls felt thin. i heard the alarm from the adjacent room. the hotel charged extra for robes, that felt excessive

a balanced stay
delicious buffet convenient station dark room long wait
The breakfast buffet was delicious, a really nice touch to start the day! i also found the metro station to be conveniently close. It was only a couple of minutes walk away.
The room felt very dark. It was due to the predominately black walls and ceiling. i also noticed there were only two lifts and the waits could be long during busy times
